My Window on the Green

Looking out that window I see the grass is quite green...as it usually is in March. Everything is early, or so it seems. Is February the new March? Crocus have bloomed and some flowering trees are bursting with color. The Green awakens to a busy Spring with many visitors? Hope springs eternal for tourism related businesses. Speaking of visitors the last time I was at Bombay Hook...serval weeks ago...license plates from Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and a couple from New York. I had a great day there. Saw some beautiful wood ducks which I have not seen in a while and lots of others...but not the Sandhill Cranes...maybe next time. Yes, hope springs eternal in my birding world. Speaking of birding, the next time you are at the Delaware shoppes check out our birding guides. Tom
