From my window on The Green

I was happy to see tulips and daffodils blooming at the intersection of Highway 13 and MLK, jr. Blvd. would be great if the state would begin an aggressive flower planting campaign all over Legislative Hall. Make the flowers another downtown Dover experience. I will TRY to attach a photo of a little flower that I had forgotten about, and here it is again….an announcement of Spring. All around us is beauty…look for the beauty in life…tom.
